Returns

We return or exchange of non-food items within the first 30 days of purchase and only where product is unopened or unused. Refunds will be provided on product receipt. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Food items are not returnable under US Food laws due to the risk of tampering.

How long does it take to ship an order?

Once an order is placed, the order is shipped within 3 to 6 business days. We ship M-F, 10am-5pm PST. Orders can be in transit anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on the address it is shipping to. Payment for products and shipping are billed at the time the order placed.

USA Shipping

Shipping rates are based upon rates provided by FedEx/USPS and are calculated based upon weight, location, and your requested shipment speed. Higher rates may apply to Hawaii, Alaska, APO and international destinations.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based upon the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
